A select cohort of ten sales leaders, established and aspiring, chosen twice a year to learn DEAL PACERS. Every applicant is vetted, interviewed, and held to a standard. Many who apply won't be admitted. The cohort meets in person, alongside nine peers who'll be in your corner for the rest of your career.

Why I built this
I fundamentally believe not everyone who has landed in sales should be in sales. Fewer still can sell technology that changes the world. For nearly a decade, finding those people was the hardest part of every job I had. I couldn't find them, and neither could the leaders in my network. One peer interviewed 400 candidates and hired zero. At some point, “there's no talent” stopped being an excuse and became a problem worth solving.
So I built the place that trains it.
